Does the upgrade cost anything?
No. Every existing Sticky Cards 1.0 customer moves to 2.0 free of charge. There is no upgrade fee, no migration fee, and no new contract to sign.
Do my rates change?
No. You keep the grandfathered rate you signed at. That is the benefit of coming on board early with us, and it carries over to 2.0 exactly as it is today.
Which features do I get?
All of them. Upgraded accounts get full access to the 2.0 platform - Playbooks, Playmaker, live segments, wallet loyalty, and the new reporting suite included.
What happens to my customers, points, and cards?
They come with you. Your customer records, point balances, tiers, and issued wallet cards carry over, and we walk through the whole migration with you on the onboarding call.
Can I keep using 1.0 in the meantime?
Yes. Your 1.0 dashboard stays online and supported while you migrate, and nothing switches off without plenty of notice from us first.
