How to redeem Sticky rewards in Greenline
Scan the card, pick the reward, and charge the order.
Greenline10 steps
Open the Greenline POS sale screen.
Click "Add customer".
Scan the customer’s Sticky card. If they don’t have it, look them up another way.
Click "Search".
Select the customer to add them to the order.
Add products to the order.
Click "Cart discount".
Select one of the customer’s available rewards.
Click "Charge" to complete the order and redeem the reward.
Done. The customer’s card updates automatically.
