Set up loyalty webhooks on Dutchie
Point Dutchie at the webhook URLs your onboarding rep sends you, so balances stay in sync.

Log in to Dutchie Backoffice.
Click "Marketing".
Click "External loyalty".
In "Location identifier", type "001".
In "Custom header name", type "001".
In "Custom header value", type "01".
In "Member not found response code", type "5000".
Confirm "Authentication mechanism" is set to "None".
Click "Discount".
Confirm "Loyalty deduction mechanism" is set to "Discount" if you use Dutchie discounts to redeem rewards. Select "Cash" if you want customers to redeem points as cash.
Turn on "Adjust" and enter the webhook URL your Sticky onboarding rep gave you.
Turn on "Balance Check" and enter the webhook URL.
Turn on "Checkout" and enter the webhook URL.
Turn on "Create Customer" and enter the webhook URL.
Turn on "Update Customer" and enter the webhook URL.
Turn on "Redeem" and enter the webhook URL.
Confirm the "Redeem" URL field is filled in.
Click "Save".
