Create discounts to redeem rewards on Dutchie
Build one Dutchie discount per reward, so budtenders can apply it from the cart.
Dutchie14 steps
In Dutchie Backoffice, go to Marketing, then Discounts.
Click "Create discount".
Click the "Name" field.
Name the reward starting with "SC-", for example "SC-Loyalty" or "SC-5OFF".
Use the same name in the "Code" field.
Choose an end date. To keep the reward permanent, set the end date far out, for example 2099.
Select "Manual" as the application method.
Select "Amount off" as the discount method.
Under "Apply discount method to", select "Distributed among every item" or another option.
Enter the dollar amount off, for example $5.
Click "Options".
Enter "1" in "Loyalty points to redeem".
Click "Details".
Click "Save".
