Set up discount code in Cova
Create a point of sale reason code in Cova so staff can apply a Sticky reward at checkout.
Cova9 steps
Go to https://hub.covasoft.net/#home/
Click "SETTINGS".
Click "Reason Codes".
Click "POINT OF SALE".
Click "New".
In the text field, type "SC-5OFF". You can create as many reason codes as you like. Just add "SC-" in front of the reward name.
Click "Save".
Click "SC-5OFF" to confirm it was created.
Done. Share the discount code details with your Sticky onboarding rep.
