How to apply invoice-level discounts in Cova
Take a reward off the whole invoice, then let Cova redeem the points for you.
Cova5 steps
Open your Cova POS.
Attach a customer and add the products they want to buy, then tap "Invoice Discount".
In the Invoice Discount window, apply a percentage or dollar amount off and enter the discount value. Select your Sticky reason for discount, then tap "Save".
The discount now shows on the invoice. Hit "Take Payment" to check the customer out.
Finish the checkout. Points or stamps are redeemed automatically, based on the redemption rules set in Sticky.
