How customers earn points/stamps in Cova
Attach the customer at the start of the sale and Cova does the rest at checkout.
Cova6 steps
Open your Cova POS.
Press "Attach Customer".
Find and select the customer by phone number or name.
Add all products as needed and hit "Take Payment" to start checkout.
Continue through checkout to take payment. The customer earns points or stamps automatically, based on the earning rules set in Sticky.
Review and finish the checkout.
